Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience
- Experience in Software / POS / SaaS / IT Product Sales will be highly preferred.
- Must have experience working with target-based sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Must be capable of maintaining and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Freshers without relevant target-based software sales experience are strongly discouraged from applying.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Sell and promote software/POS solutions to businesses.
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate software solutions.
- Maintain proper records of leads, prospects and sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
