- 5 years of experience in retail or showroom management (furniture experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations
- Lead and supervise sales staff to achieve sales targets
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain proper product displays and showroom appearance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
- Train and develop showroom staff
