Education
- Master of Arts (MA) in MBS/ MBA/ MSS
- Masters will be preferable. Also (Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred).
Experience
- 8 to 12 years

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and control all operations of the Finish Fabric Store to ensure smooth workflow and on-time fabric supply.
- Supervise and train store staff, assign tasks, set schedules, and evaluate performance.
- Approve and monitor ERP/system entries for receiving, issuing, and stock movement.
- Plan and maintain optimum inventory levels; raise purchase or requisition requests as needed.
- Ensure finish fabric receiving, inspection, and storage follow quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Dyeing, Wash and Production teams to meet daily production requirements.
- Oversee compliance with health, safety, fire, and 5S standards; implement continuous improvement.
- Verify and sign daily/weekly/monthly stock and consumption reports.
- Liaise with commercial/procurement for fabric booking, shortage issues, and urgent deliveries.
- Handle audits and support internal or external compliance inspections.
- Provide clear guidance to executives and workers; resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Take responsibility for team development and motivate staff to achieve KPIs.
