Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Context
- Financial Reports: Make monthly, quarterly, and yearly balance sheets and profit statements.
- Team Leadership: Guide, train, and check the work of junior accountants and staff.
- Rules and Taxes: Follow local tax laws and accounting standards like GAAP or IFRS.
- Budgets: Help plan yearly budgets and track how money is spent.
- Audits: Organize data and work with outside auditors during review time.
- Internal Control: Set up safe steps for handling cash, bills, and ledgers.
