Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor`s/Master`s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Partially qualified in CA/ACCA/CMA will be preferred.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

- Ability to independently manage an Accounts & Finance Department.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, maintain, and verify financial information in appropriate accounting software.
- Independently manage and oversee all affairs of the Accounts & Finance Department.
- Manage inventory accounting and conduct regular stock reconciliation.
- Prepare Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and other financial statements.
- Perform inter-company transaction reconciliation and follow up on factory-related financial transactions.
- Manage company funds, banking activities, investments, and cash flow.
- Conduct business planning, financial analysis, new project viability analysis, and cost-control activities.
- Manage company assets and ensure proper accounting and documentation.
- Determine accurate product costing and conduct production cost analysis.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, and management-required financial reports.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and calculate bank interest and other financial charges.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring proper posting in Tally.
- Monitor financial controls, identify financial risks, and recommend corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management whenever required.
