Requirements
Education
- BBA/B.Com/MBA/M.Com in Accounting / Finance.
- Candidates having CA (CC) will get preference.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Restaurant
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 35 years
- Experience in Agro-based, Agro Processing, Feed Mill, Poultry, Dairy, Fisheries or Manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Accounting principles.
- Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, sincere, responsible and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Perform regular Bank Reconciliation and party ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports for management.
- Maintain sales, purchase, collection and expense records.
- Monitor inventory, raw materials and finished goods-related accounting records.
- Prepare and maintain supplier/customer bills, invoices and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost analysis.
- Coordinate with banks, suppliers, customers and internal departments when required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
- Operate accounting software and ensure timely posting of transactions.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Perform any other accounts & finance-related duties assigned by management.
