Sound knowledge on Oxygen Plant sector/industry
Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities
Strong analytical skills and Ability to work under pressure
Understanding Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
Handy in MS Office application, specially Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point;

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities

Planning Factory daily routines.
Monitoring Factory operations.
Coordinate with different departments to streamline production
Manage factory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the factory
Implement cost-effective production strategies
Perform day to day VAT related activates of the company.
Maintain proper documentation to support company's value added Tax resolution.
Maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
Ensure safe, sound and helpful working environment through discussion, motivation and team work.
